We have launched a second Targeted Section 42 Consultation from 4 August to 8 September 2020.
This Targeted Statutory Consultation under section 42(1) of the Planning Act is to consult on proposed amendments to the Hornsea Four onshore substation (OnSS) and energy balancing infrastructure (EBI) access requirements. This statutory consultation commences on 4 August 2020 and closes at midnight on 8 September 2020.
